- Homemade Chicken Dumpling Soup
- It takes a lot of chickens to make this soup! We make rich chicken stock daily. Next we take our rich chicken stock, add more chicken and simmer it just until the chicken is tender. Then we add fresh vegetables, spices and seasonings and make it chicken soup. While we're waiting for the chicken soup to cook we make our homemade egg & parsley dumplings that our customers love so much.
