ABOUT OUR CHICKEN
We use only USDA inspected grade A large chickens. Our Chicken is marinated for 24 hours then hand breaded daily. We cook in non-hydrogenated soy bean oil which has NO CHOLESTEROL OR TRANS FATS. Your chicken is deep-fried (not broasted) to your order so please call ahead or be patient. Quality such as ours takes time.
We use tender chuck and roast it with lots of garlic & pepperoncinis. Served on Ciabatta bread, dipped in pan au jus with fries $7.95
